Morikusuta Food Lab HHP system

Morikusuta Technologies  was established in 2019, providing comprehensive, advanced, and high-performance ultra-high pressure processing instruments for research and development in the fields of high-pressure food processing and bioscience. Morikusuta Technologies has developed a series of High Pressure Processing (HPP) systems for R&D, small-scale, and large-scale industrial applications. Morikusuta's laboratory HPP units are ideal research equipment for determining optimized HPP parameters for application scaling and small-batch production. These laboratory systems are equipped with an easy-to-use touchscreen interface and a single high-pressure treatment chamber where ultra-high pressure is applied to products.

The Morikusuta Technologies experimental ultra-high pressure equipment, with its compact 0.5L size, is suitable for ultra-high pressure processing research without space limitations. Laboratory models with 2L, 3L, 5L, 10L, 15L, and 20L high-pressure vessels feature inner diameter sizes ranging from 120mm to 160mm, available in vertical or horizontal frames. These systems are specifically designed for scientists and process development engineers. Our industry-leading systems continuously evolve to meet the demands of scientific research and industrial production in this rapidly advancing field of ultra-high pressure applications.

Morikusuta Technologies has installed HPP units in universities and research centers worldwide for food and biological research. Many of these research centers can assist industries in evaluating potential ultra-high pressure applications. Morikusuta Technologies also offers rental units that can be delivered to customer facilities for preliminary trials.

The laboratory high-pressure pump unit features a front-mounted touchscreen PLC for simple operation and precise control. The ultra-high pressure treatment chamber, located inside the housing, allows for easy sample loading and assembly to enhance pressure application for sample treatment. Ultra-high pressure is applied to packaged samples.
