DTI's Industrial PEF Systems range in power from 50 to 600 kW, suitable for processing multiple tons of product per hour. 

DTI's PEF systems can be optimized for a wide range of applications. 

For solids, such as whole fruits and vegetables, a water bath conveyor with a customized treatment chamber is used. Liquids are continuously treated while flowing through the system (each system is shown on the previous page). 

All DTI systems employ solid-state electronics providing long system lifetime, high efficiency, and low operating costs.
